Product / Business Lead

You will be the primary architect of market expansion and enterprise ROI roadmap. You will lead our go-to-market strategy and serve as the primary link between market demands and technical development. You will coordinate with other leads to identify high-value use cases, ensuring our product roadmap is precisely aligned with the needs of the MedTech/SaMD and biopharma sectors. This is a practical, leadership-driven position focused on translating technical capabilities into measurable market value, with a clear path to grow into an executive lead as the company scales.

Founding Engineer – Generative Health AI

You will be the core architect behind our AI/ML engine for realistic patient and health-system scenarios. As the founding technical leader, you will design and scale production-grade generative models, build multimodal and temporal learning systems, and ensure high standards of reliability, reproducibility, and clinical fidelity. This role sits at the intersection of research, engineering, and product—you will translate advanced ML concepts into real-world healthcare applications, shape our platform’s direction, and establish the engineering culture as we grow toward a Head of ML or VP Engineering role.

Founding Engineer – Orchestration & Runtime Systems

You will be the founding engineer responsible for architecting the orchestration, automation, and runtime systems that power our platform. This role blends deep distributed systems engineering with Harness-style platform work across ML pipelines, deployment automation, secure runtimes, and multi-environment coordination. You will build the backbone that enables federated execution, safe deployment, and reliable operation across diverse environments-an equity-forward role with meaningful ownership aligned to scope, autonomy, and impact, ultimately growing into a Head of Engineering role as the company scales.
